from the customer: The Gladius POS has really made a difference at Drifters Bar & Restaurant. With the high customer volume and diverse menu that we offer everyday the Gladius POS has made my wait staff more effective and my customers happier. It can be hard to keep track of such an extensive menu like we have so there’s never a question.
Some people may think that such a new and exciting technology might only be appropriate for fine dining establishments or upper scale dinner clubs, but that’s not true. I honestly believe that the Gladius POS can help almost any Bar or restaurant increase its customer turnover while cutting down on its wait staff at the same time. In other words, they’re always helping the customers who need help, when they need it.
Overall, I am highly satisfied with the Gladius POS performance and would highly recommend it to any restaurant or Bar.
